Happy You. Happy Me.
Happy You. Happy Me. is a working name for a small reciprocity ~ the kind that happens between two people who let each other be seen.
The practice begins where most don't think to look: in the smallest unit. Two people, attending to each other plainly. Whatever scales above that ~ a team, an institution, a culture ~ tends to inherit the coherence (or the absence) of what was learned in the small.
The work, then, is unglamorous. Return rather than only depart. Tend rather than only ship. Notice the second person in the room.
Most of what HYHM has to say lives in the framework essay. The practice card is ready ~ small enough to carry.
